This site (the “Site”) is owned and operated by the Kelvin Hall Project partners (Glasgow Life, University of Glasgow, National Library of Scotland) with funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund, for your personal entertainment, information, education, and communication. Open Collections is not related to or affiliated with any other websites or networks.
Please feel free to browse the Site; however, your access and use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the below Terms and Conditions, do not use the Site. Open Collections reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.

This Agreement will terminate immediately and without notice from Open Collections if in Open Collections’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Site.
